1General Guidelines
Final Decisions:All decisions by the Navika 2025 Core Committee are final.
Registration:Every participant must be registered for Navika 2025.
Presentation:Must be in Kannada or related to Karnataka.
Participation Limit:Max 2 programs per participant.
Time Slot:Assigned by the Programs Committee.
Stage Assignments:Managed by Entertainment Committee.
Costumes/Makeup:Artists are responsible for their own.
Expenses:All expenses are to be borne by the artists.
Stage Setup:5 minutes allowed for setup and clearing.
Music:Must be professionally recorded.
Age:Minimum 6 years (exceptions need approval).
Props:All props require committee approval.

4Entry Submission Guidelines
Skit
- •Original content relevant to Navika 2025 theme
- •Engaging and logically organized
- •Smooth performance flow with minimal pauses
- •Avoid inappropriate content
Drama
- •Include script, author name, and participant list
- •Comedy, social, or non-controversial theme
- •40 minutes max stage time
- •Up to 3 dramas will be selected
Dance
- •Include title, description, and participant list
- •Provide choreographer/director contact
- •Submit video link of proposed performance
- •15 min max stage time
Fashion Show
- •Detailed script with theme and presentation
- •Choreographer for fashion walks required
- •Minimum 10 participants required
- •Up to 3 fashion groups will be selected

Additional Information
- All submitted materials (videos, links, etc.) will not be returned and will be destroyed after the program.
- Prohibited items: flammable objects, weapons, vermillion (gulaal), or any dangerous items.
- Program duration includes prop setup, removal, and artist entry/exit times.
