Every other year, NAVIKA takes Navikotsava global. This autumn we head to Japan -a full-day cultural convention on November 22, followed by a 9-day tour of the country's most iconic cities with fellow Kannadigas from across the USA.

After Breakfast, Transfer to the convention for the whole day.
Return to dinner at Indian restaurants and then hotel.

DAY 3 – 23rd Nov 2026 - Tokyo City Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, we will be pick up from hotel hotel to begin a full-day Tokyo city tour.
Visit Sensoji Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street, followed by a traditional Kimono Experience.
Continue to the Tokyo Skytree observation deck for stunning panoramic views of the city.
Explore Odaiba, a modern waterfront district known for its futuristic architecture and entertainment.
Stop for photos at the Statue of Liberty replica, one of Odaiba's iconic landmarks.
Experience the world-famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing, the busiest and most vibrant pedestrian intersection in Tokyo.

DAY 4 – 24th Nov 2026 - Mt. Fuji – Hakone– Hiroshima
Mt. Fuji 5th Station: Located at 2,300 meters, this is the most popular viewpoint on Mt. Fuji, offering stunning scenery and serving as the gateway for climbers.
Lake Ashi Cruise: Enjoy a scenic cruise on Lake Ashi, formed in the caldera of Mount Hakone after its last major eruption 3,000 years ago.
Hakone Ropeway: Ride the ropeway to the observation deck for breathtaking views of Owakudani and the surrounding volcanic landscape.
Owakudani Valley: A dramatic volcanic valley known for its active sulfur vents, hot springs, and unique geothermal scenery.

DAY 5 – 25th Nov 2026 - Hiroshima & Miyajima Excursion
After breakfast, proceed to Miyajima Island, known for its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere.
Visit the iconic Itsukushima Shrine, famous for its "floating" torii gate during high tide.
Explore the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, dedicated to peace and remembrance.
Visit the Atomic Bomb Dome, a UNESCO World Heritage Site symbolizing the impact of the 1945 bombing.
Take the Bullet Train from Hiroshima to Shin-Osaka for a fast and comfortable transfer.

DAY 6 – 26th Nov 2026 - Osaka – Kyoto
Visit the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, one of Kyoto's most iconic and serene natural sights.
Walk across the Togetsukyo Bridge, a famous landmark offering beautiful river and mountain views.
Explore Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), a stunning Zen temple covered in gold leaf.
Enjoy a traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony, experiencing Kyoto's cultural elegance.

DAY 7 – 27th Nov 2026 - Osaka- Nara- Osaka
Visit the Umeda Sky Building, offering panoramic views of Osaka's skyline from its Floating Garden Observatory.
Explore Osaka Castle (Outside Photo Stop), one of Japan's most famous landmarks, central to the unification of Japan during the Azuchi–Momoyama period.
Visit Todaiji Temple & Nara Deer Park, home to the Great Buddha Hall and friendly free-roaming deer.
Return to Osaka and enjoy free time at Dotonbori, known for its neon lights, food stalls, and lively nightlife.
Explore Shinsaibashi and Namba, Osaka's most popular shopping and entertainment districts.

DAY 8 – 28th Nov 2026 - Osaka – Tokyo
After breakfast, return to Tokyo by high-speed bullet train.
Visit TeamLab Planets, an immersive digital art museum where you walk through water and interact with floating flower installations.
Visit Akihabara, Tokyo's famous electronics, anime, and gaming district.
Visit Ginza Street, one of Tokyo's top luxury shopping areas filled with boutiques, cafés, and stylish restaurants.
Enjoy a traditional Sumo Show, offering a close look at Japan's iconic wrestling culture.

DAY 9 – 29th Nov 2026 - Departure from Tokyo
